                                           Unit 11 – LO2

When creating my radio advert I used different types of sounds these sounds include Slurping a can of drink, Crowd cheering and dribbling a basketball. I got these sounds from a programme called Logic express. I used my own voice for doing the voiceover as the coach and the basketball squad.

The total amount of takes it took for my recording of the advert was five takes. The errors which went wrong during these five takes were technical errors with the computer, microphone wasn’t plugged in properly and making errors in talking in the script e.g. I mispronounced the line ‘Alright guys we got to win this game’ instead of saying this I then called out ‘Aright we gotta win this game’.

LO3 P3 - Editing witness statement

I had to write out another witness statement to show that I used different types of editing skills when crearing my radio advert on logic express.

When I was creating my radio advert I had to use different types of editing skills these include looping, quantizing and automation. When I was creating my radio advert I had to make sure that I got the sounds I wanted in the right time of the advert.

LO2 P2 - witness statement

After I finished my radio advert I had to fill out a witness statement to show the risks I was aware of when recording my radio advert.

                                       Witness Statement

When recording my radio advert I had to make sure that I was aware of any risks. I had to make sure that all loose wires were tied together so that other people would not trip up over them. Another hazard was making sure that no food or drink was near computers or wires. I also had to make sure I was not crowded with a lot of people near me. The position of seating was another risk I had to be aware of so if I sat down in an unsuitable position it would cause a strain towards my back.

LO1 P1 - Pre-production

For unit 11 before recording our radio advert we had to do a pre production which involved doing three things script writing treatment and production schedule.

So the coach influences them to drink Nemesis drink which will motivate them to win the game. They then end up winning the game in the last second and then turn back to their normal selves. V/O with information on where you can buy the product Tag line: ‘Nemesis giving you that rage!’ Jingle: Bull noises and fighting song: Kung fu fighting.
Target audience	Male & Female all ages from 16 to 60

Script for advert:

Coach: Alright guys we need to get this win you need to work your socks off.

Team: ooh I can’t do this coach (tiring noises, yawning)

Coach: Come on guys drink Nemesis (can opening)

Coach: it tastes good this will get you up and motivated

Team: YAY (can opening, slurping drink)

Coach: go out and get them

Bull noises hitting

Basketball bouncing person shoots then hits the net then scores.

Buzzer noise

Crowd cheering, celebrations

Coach: I knew you could do it well done!
